Policies

These policies are written for a digital-download store. Replace placeholders (business name, address, and email) inside Shopify. They help customers understand delivery and help payment processors evaluate your store.

Digital Delivery Policy

All products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and immediate access to download your files (PDF/ZIP) through your order page. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check spam/junk folders or contact us at contact@calennotestudio.com.

  • Delivery method: automatic download link (and email receipt)
  • File formats: PDF and ZIP (as listed on the product page)
  • Access period: at least 30 days from purchase (recommended)

Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are generally final. However, we will offer a refund or replacement in these situations:

  • You received the wrong file(s).
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot fix it.
  • Duplicate purchase (same product, same customer) — request within 7 days.

To request help, email contact@calennotestudio.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If eligible, we will respond within 2 business days.

Terms of Service (Summary)

By purchasing from CalenNote Studio, you agree to:

  • Use the files for personal use and/or permitted commercial use (as stated on the product page).
  • Not resell, redistribute, share, or upload the digital files/templates as-is or as a competing product.
  • Not claim ownership of the original templates or artwork.
  • We are not liable for third-party app issues (GoodNotes/Notability/Printers), but we will assist where possible.

Privacy Policy (Short)

We collect personal information you provide at checkout (such as name and email) to process your order and deliver digital products. Payments are handled securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not sell your personal information. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable.
